What will you be doing

As an international recruiter you will help us develop the Multilingual Jobs Worldwide brand by cracking the German speaking market. As such, you will work against weekly and monthly KPIs to help all our German speaking candidates find their dream job abroad, create visibility for our agency through advertising, use your knowledge of the local German market to help us optimise our sourcing strategies, and more.

What does it take

A lot of enthusiasm, dedication, and passion, but also:

• Hunting down German speaking candidates who are ready to move abroad through creative advertising, applications, and active headhunting.
• Screening the candidates via phone and Skype calls to see if they are what the client is looking for and match-make. See what the candidate is looking for and hook him/her up with the right position abroad
• Presenting the candidate to the client and book interviews, follow these up, and place your candidate!
• Using your imagination when it comes to job ads and social media posts to attract the right talent for the different jobs, and get your sales pitch ready for the cold-calling sessions
• Putting on your client relationship manager hat to build bridges with our clients
